WELCOME TO THE MARINA
One of the greatest benefits of residing in Village on the Lake is the opportunity to join our private neighborhood marina. Located at the end of Bay View Lane, the marina's features include:
25 assigned powerboat slips
Several guest/loading slips
Storage for 64 paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks
Two enclosed swim areas with slide, diving board and water trampolines
Covered dining area with barbecue
A freshwater shower
Separate heated men's and women's restrooms with changing areas
Dedicated parking
The marina and its amenities (such as the docks, stairs, restrooms and parking lot) are owned by the Village on the Lake Marina Association, a non-profit corporation organized under Oregon law. The Marina Association is managed by a Board of Directors that meets as necessary throughout the year and is elected at a general meeting for all members held annually.
Membership
Membership in the Marina Association is voluntary and strictly limited to residents of Village on the Lake who are in good standing with the Village on the Lake Homeowners' Association. Membership is necessary in order to access the marina and to be placed on the powerboat slip waiting list and kayak and paddle board rack slip waiting lists.
Join
To join the Marina Association, please complete the new member form and submit it with a check for $2,400 ($2,000 one-time initiation fee and $400 annual membership dues) , payable to "Village on the Lake Marina Association," to our Finance Chair, Jason Hills at 1555 Bay View Lane. The Marina forms must be dropped off with our Membership Chair, Kristina Leinwand before receiving your marina key fobs. You will subsequently receive a separate bill for $201 from the Lake Corporation for the annual fee it charges for non-powerboat users.
