Welcome to Village on the Lake!

We are a community of 90 beautiful homes nestled on Lake Oswego and Lily Bay. We offer a welcoming environment of green spaces, lovingly maintained homes, and great lake access and views. We are a true village with rich neighbor relationships that we celebrate at annual social events throughout the year; and cultivate day-to-day, as we all enjoy our neighborhood together.

Cost & Benefits

All of our residents pay an annual HOA dues. Invoice typically goes out to all owners in February and are due to the Treasurer by March 15th. Late fees apply after this date.  HOA funds go toward but are not limited to:

• Common area and entrance maintenance, landscaping, lighting, irrigation + power.

• Insurance + legal fees

• Neighborhood events + parties

• Annual distribution HOA directory

• Postage + mailings as needed

• Website maintenance

The Village on the Lake Homeowner’s Association Board takes to heart the phrase, “It takes a village,” often repeated by residents in this neighborhood. We encourage participation in leadership roles, strive for board transparency, care for our neighbors during trying times, and socialize regularly to build strong bonds.
